Located in the Toluca Lake area of North Hollywood, our location is a collection of three garage/auto restoration/auto workshop spaces that were built in 1935 and have been in use ever since. The big garage, alone, offers 2,200 sq ft of space. A full assortment of period tools, machinery, work benches and car parts are on site and for use with any production. In addition, a collection of vintage cars and trucks from the 1920s to the 1970s are also on site and for use with any production. Along with the garage areas is the main house which is a 1935 Spanish ranch that is a time capsule property featuring period furniture and zero modern upgrades.
